Thank you for shopping at Nexumart! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our fashion products, including hair wigs, bracelets, bags, dresses, and more. If you’re not entirely happy with your order, we’re here to help. Please review our refund policy below for details on returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Note: Due to hygiene reasons, certain items like hair wigs are only eligible for return if they are unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale or clearance.
  • Items that have been used, worn, damaged, or altered.
  • Hair wigs that have been opened or removed from their original packaging.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info.nexumart@gmail.com or call us at +1 414 304 7208 within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Return Instructions: We will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving return approval. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • The refund amount will cover the cost of the item(s), excluding original shipping fees.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info.nexumart@gmail.com or +1 414 304 7208 with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we will cover the return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

6. Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the same return process outlined above and specify that you’d like an exchange. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, but we will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item.
