Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99 (Free on orders over $50)
  • Expedited Shipping: $12.99
  • Priority Shipping: $19.99

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has shipped.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1-2 business days

Tracking Your Order

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement/refunded as applicable.


Returns Policy

Our Commitment

At NexuMart, we want you to love your fashion purchases, including hair wigs, bracelets, bags, dresses, and more. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with our hassle-free returns process.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Hair wigs must be unopened and in their original packaging for hygiene reasons.
  • Personalized or custom-made items are non-returnable unless defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info.nexumart@gmail.com or call +1 414 304 7208 to initiate a return. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Return Authorization: We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the RMA number. Ship to the address provided in the return instructions.
  4. Refund/Exchange: Once we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund/exchange. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We’ll process the exchange as a return and refund, followed by your new purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn items (including hair wigs that have been opened).
  • Items without original packaging or tags.
  • Custom or personalized products (unless defective).
